Appearance
Report Viewer
Renders a Nexus report inline as a PDF, with an optional run-history list.
In Studio
In Studio, double-click Report Viewer in the Components category of the Components panel. It is added to the open view, where you can drag it into place.
When to use
Use Report Viewer to let an operator view or trigger a configured report without leaving the screen.
Properties
| Property | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Report | String | (none) | The name of the report to render. |
| Auto Render | true, false | true | True (default) renders the report immediately when the component appears or its parameters change. False shows a "Run Report" prompt and waits for the operator to trigger it. |
Binding
This component has no single value binding.
No value binding — report parameters are supplied separately and the component only reads report output; running a report is a report execution, not a tag write.
