Appearance
Gauge
An analog radial dial showing a single process value against a fixed range.
In Studio
In Studio, double-click Gauge in the Components category of the Components panel. It is added to the open view, where you can drag it into place.
When to use
Use Gauge for a single current reading where the position around an arc (rather than a fill bar) is the more familiar instrument metaphor — a pressure, a speed, an RPM.
Properties
| Property | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Value | String | (none) | The bound process value the needle arc reflects. |
| Label | String | Gauge | The caption shown below the dial. |
| Min | Number | 0 | The value at the start of the arc (bottom-left). |
| Max | Number | 100 | The value at the end of the arc (bottom-right). |
| Unit | String | (none) | The unit text shown under the numeric readout. |
| Arc Color | Color | #4A6B8A | The color of the filled portion of the arc. Not an HMI-palette state color — pick any color that reads against the (fixed) unfilled-arc track. |
Binding
Click Bind… on the Value property and bind it to a tag or an expression to drive the live value.
This binding is read-only — the component never writes to the tag.
